After observing the lengthy time required to prepare the original rice dish, Maryland-based Ghanaian Dr. Kwamena Atta Cudjoe developed a simple premix with all the necessary organic ingredients that can be cooked in only 35 minutes and preserved all the authentic taste of West African Jollof Rice. Now he and his wife Penelope offer this easy-to-make Jollof Rice.
AMAC donates to churches and participates in monthly feed-the-homeless programs in and around the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including MANNA Foodbank (Gaithersburg), Howard University. We also give back to our country of origin through the African Impact Foundation which works to make sure girls in Ghana receive an education.
